Please note that if the weight of your ordered items exceed 10 lb., additional shipping charges will be added.

Thank you so much for your order. Letsmakeit products ships domestically within Canada. Orders will only be processed on business days. 

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

    RETURNS

    Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time on any retail or wholesale merchandise due to the customization of each candle and kit. 

    If your item is defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it with the same item in the same size. Please use our contact form on our Contact Us page to notify us about your defective or damaged merchandise. 

     

    EVENT CANCELLATIONS POLICY

    There are absolutely no refunds for scheduled and booked events. You may reschedule your event booking within 6 months of the event date.
